We have categorized our database of agents into three main categories i.e. according to County, Realtor Association and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). Market Area refers to these categories. Choose a market area that is in line with your needs and requirements.

Please note that we do not have all agents and brokers in any given market area in our database. Agents will sometimes say "Dave in my office didn't get a copy of my flyer and he is in the county or association that I mailed to." Well, Dave is probably not in our database. While we continue to strive to have the most comprehensive and accurate database, but many factors impact our ability to have 100% coverage including the fact that we have an opt-in database so only those that want to participate do. In addition, a percentage of emails sent can be blocked by ISPs or spam filters. Please keep these factors in mind when sending a flyer.
